‘I did the On-Ramp program. On my first day I ran 200 m, squats, push ups & pull ups, a set of 15,12 & 9 each and ran another 200 meters a month ago in 16 minutes 29 seconds. Today I did it in 8 minutes, 40 seconds, I smoked that clock!!! I feel GREAT!!!! Thanks Coach!

The On-Ramp program takes dedication & hard work. It will show you how to be accountable for your health and development. You’ll be ready to begin our “ALL” levels classes after the completion of the On-Ramp program.

This class is designed for the generally active, injury free individual who wants ultimately to train in one of our regular group CrossFit sessions. During the On-Ramp program, movement techniques will be stressed as you progressively move up to the intensity level that are inherent in our group classes.

I’ve been introduced to a whole new vocabulary and community and whatever self-consciousness I may have had pretty much vanishes while I am at the box . . . I sweat, I scream, I pant . . . I CrossFit!

When I first called my local Crossfit affiliate, I had no idea what I was getting myself into. All I knew was that I had let myself go for two years & hated the idea of a “regular” gym. Now, after 7 months of Crossfit, I’m skinny as I’ve been in 20 yrs & stronger and more fit than I’ve probably ever been. Thanks for kicking my butt, Crossfit!

  • I’ve heard of Crossfit, but I don’t know how to get started? Do I just show up?
    • This is the recurring question that has prompted the On-Ramp program. After completing this 4 week training session, you will be able to enter our group classes& perform the WOD, scaled to your intensity, with confidence.
  • What if I don’t have time for this?
    • Find the time to get fit. Commit now to three hours a week for 4 weeks….its not too much to ask. After the On-Ramp program, you’ll be hooked on Crossfit and looking for excuses to do your WOD.
  • What if I don’t want to be an athlete; I just want to be healthy?
      You’re in luck. The truth is that fitness, wellness, and sickness are measures of the same entity; your health. Three of these measurable parameters include muscle mass, flexibility, and strength & they can be measured in states of sickness, wellness, and exceptional. An elite athlete may be of exceptional status however, the crossfit view is that fitness and health are the same thing with our goal to help YOU become stronger.faster.healthier.
