      Good morning-
      It would be no problem for a current crossfitter to drop in, I just need you to let me know ahead of time.
      For the most part, we have a 6a.m. class, a 9:00am, a floating afternoon session, and three back to back evening classes. Our schedule is posted on our website under “about us”- schedule and fees. Please refer to the site for exact times, there are some variations depending on the day.
