January 2012
- Start off the New Year right! Burpee Challenge begins in January. See details on whiteboard at the box.
- Jan. 6th, We’re throwing a baby shower for Mark and Bridget. More info is available on Facebook for times and such.
- On the 14th, there will be a jump rope clinic for anyone wanting to improve on their DU’s. The spots are filled up for this session. If this time around is successful, there will be more sessions in the future.
- Just a reminder, don’t forget to put your name on the sign-in sheet when you come to work out.
