Due to the sectionals in Columbus, OH this weekend, there will be no Adult workouts this Saturday. Coach Lucas is a volunteer, we do have other UF members as volunteers, and Armando is competing. We would like everyone else to head up there and spectate, learn, and cheer on Armando!
TUFkids class is still scheduled from 10:00-11:00 Saturday am
