Did my first workout with prescribed weight tonight! Too bad I needed assistance for the ring dips…
SDHP – 65lbs
Ring Dips – 1st four rounds with purple band then switched to red band
Time – 9:38
Coach Lucas told me tonight “You can’t do 100 burpee pullups one week and not have your own pullups.” So I did my warmup with ten broken, ugly but unassisted pullups.
Sounds like I missed a milestone class at 5:30pm. Great work, ladies!
