Not my best day…I think I have some extra snow caught up in my Crossfit if you know what I mean.
My first WOD since last Saturday…BTW I spend Saturday nite at the hospital with a lot of pain…but I felt really good after this WOD…good work Lola!!!

Fun workout tonight! Crossfit was the place to be today at 5:30. Alicia and I did this one as a team. Not sure what our time was….
Ended up at the doctor’s office today after this workout (even at the modified 15/25/35 level). Couldn’t stop coughing last night into today. Being treated for bronchitis now and being watched for potential asthma. Will still be in tomorrow to see how much I can do.
