Armando, that’s definitely a WOD I wanna do against you! You’d destroy the deads, but I think I have you on the burpees… Was 275 the load?
Had to scale this wod back to 255# for the DL’s after the initial set several months ago because the first set of 10 burpees hammered me beyond recognition and took me well over 7 minutes to finish the wod.
Actually did it as Rx’d at 275# this a.m. – 5:25
Not a stellar time by any stretch, but still a small victory.
Way to bang it out Armando.
