As many rounds as possible in 8 minutes:

3 Deadlifts (heavy enough so that 3 is a task)

6 Kettlebell swings

9 Box jumps

Run 100 feet out/100 feet back

    Freaking loved this WOD! DL weight was 250 pounds.

    afterward I hit a PR of 30 consecutive double unders!
